It's unlocked and the battery has been changed a week ago!!
Overall Cosmetic Condition - 26.5/30 Description: This phone is in great shape! Has few slight scratches on the metal But just good looking.
Functionality - 10/10 Description: Works perfect
It comes with Accessories ( Charger, USB Cable, A new screen protector for front and Car Charger too! ) You can save lots!!!
Screen is great frame cuz never used without protector and i've been using protector for the back side, So it looks almost new. I've just take off both of side protectors for taking pictures.
Damage description
I've taken batter replacement service a week ago.
Screen - 9/10 Description: As new. The reason i put 9point is it's used phone even if I've never used this device without protector.
Frame - 8.5/10 Description: Has a slight amount of scratches. But looks new.
Back - 9/10 Description: Has no scratches as well. But I put 9point cuz it's used phone even if i've used this with Protector before took photos.
Overall - 26.5/30

You can see i've got an appointment 23th and the Apple's sent me a survey 28th after i got a replacement service. This is all i can show you to prove i've been there.
