Random question... but if music or sound were playing on the external speaker... how loud is it?
I'll listen to it tonight and see, although it's a subjective thing.
Hey, let me know if you found a moment to test that sound out... I'll give you an idea about what I'm looking to use it for. I just need a passive WiFi device to play white noise in my little daughters room so that she can sleep peacefully at night. So something just loud enough to fill the room with static noise.
Justin- yes the volume is quite good. I ran a web white noise creator on it and it was a decent volume for a phone. Louder than most I would say.
Appreciate you checking and getting back to me.
Last question... I don't typically work with rooted phones. Is it able to be returned to stock or is operating it rooted seamless and require no regular maintenance or updating? I'm looking to basically, 'set it and forget it'... Thanks again.
You won't have to do anything. I never even knew this was rooted and my daughter had it for a year. It worked fine, nothing to mess with. I did a bypass on the activation screen, as most folks do with used phones, so you can show that it boots fine with all the loaded apps (screen shot). Just take it to Verizon and they will activate OR reset and it should go back to the activation screen and you can do it yourself I believe.
