Can you confirm that this device is running Android 2.1? I am looking for older devices for testing purposes.

Yes it was running 2.1 but I did a factory reset - not sure if that takes it back to 1.5 (?)

Hi Shelley... you can check this by going to Settings -> About phone. It should show the number under 'Android version'.

Right - I had done that BEFORE I did the factory reset, and now that it has been reset I cannot do anything except activate the phone. No options are available except emergency call status and/or activate the phone. This phone was never rooted, it came to me direct from Verizon and only automatically downloaded updates were applied to the o/s but has not been used for at least a year. Factory reset was done when this listing was placed.
