Bootloader is unlocked and not running safestrap, right? I'll take it now for 210 as-is if that is right.

I'm 100% its not running safestrap. I had to use that on my Note 3 so I know the Note 2 was different. This has TWRP on it. http://www.addictivetips.com/android/what-is-twrp-how-to-install-use-it-on-android-devices-guide/

Cool. If you pay today, I can get it out the door today or tomorrow. I was trying to verify if the bootloader is unlocked. The best I read, was that if I have a custom recovery and a custom rom on there, then it is? I just stick the rom on an SD, boot into TWRP and install rom. I've always used JellyBeanz ROM which recently became Alliance. Battery life and phone worked amazing. I upgraded to a Note 3, and frankly miss the Note 2 as it feels better in the hand than the note 3. Let me know if you need pics or anything else.

Payment sent. I use Beans/Alliance 25 myself and love it. As long as you're on 24 and never took the OTA to 4.3, bootlaoder should be unlocked. Thanks.
