You can confirm by checking the IMEI on their site: http://www.t-mobile.com/verifyIMEI.aspx

Hi, I don't know why that would be. I paid the device off weeks ago. I attached a screenshot that shows the status as "paid-off" on the T-Mobile website. How do I rectify that?
