16GB Blue Samsung Galaxy S3, Rooted

My wife's trusty Samsung Galaxy S3 served her long and faithfully. In return, she took good care of it. There are a few minor scratches on the screen and some small, cosmetic nicks in the bezel. It's rooted, running CWM Recovery and CyanogenMod 11 M11 (KitKat 4.4.4). She had to jump carriers to AT&T, but this phone runs fast and smooth -- it's good for another 100,000 miles. Battery has been replaced by a carefully sourced Anker® 2200mAh Li-ion Battery, just last December. 8GB SD Card included.

Damage description

Nicks to plastic bezel. Screen has small scratches which are visible against the light when the display is off.

Is there any possibility that you can ship the phone overseas? I have been trying pay pal...i keep getting this error message when i try and pay
"This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information."

Jenna, thanks for the quick action. I contacted PayPal for assistance, and waiting for a response. I am not familiar enough with their error messages to know why the payment didn't go through. If PayPal is denying the payment, 99% of the time it is because the buyer does not have a PayPal confirmed address as required by the listing (or is not selecting the confirmed address when paying). Other sales are going through fine, so it's not a problem with the site.
