I have used the phone but it was always in a case, the phone is in great condition doesn't look brand new, so I decided to change the listing from mint to good and lower the price a little

mike are there scratches on the screen or body/ visible with the case on it? i will always use a case. if i really can't see anything with the case on it--the $260 offer is still on the table. i will not match the offer from anthony if he still wants the nexus knowing it is not truly mint.

just lay it all out if extra photos are not realistic. i am very open and would rather but from someone locale and straightforward such as yourself.

Mike--your nexus is a D820 usa or D821 international version if you got 4 LTE on t mobile it is an USA model. you missed christmas for me, but still have an interest.

I bought my phone from google play store I used it on att network not sure which model it is, and yes the person who bought the phone used a paypal with an international address and then tried to get me to ship to an unconfirmed us address so i refunded the money and re-activated the sale. I am gong to put up some more pics of the phone also.
