Damage description
Sony xperia z1 in good working condition has one scratch on the back upper right hand corner of the screen protector and a similar one on the front upper corner as well, if you take off both screen protectors it will seem brand new.. I am including some backup protectors (front and back) and original box

Is the boot loader unlocked / can it be? Also is it fully capable of all LTE bands of US gsm?
Yes the bootloader is unlocked but this is the c6903 version and full USA GSM bands but I believe that lte only works for T-Mobile and certain att lte bands
