What do you mean by New? Does it mean that ,it has not been used at all till now from the time you bought.

I think what Gustavo probably means is he bought it new and it's in like new condition. It should be designated as used as apparently he did use it with AT&T. A NEW phone should have all the screen, back and bezel plastic film on and I don't see it in the posted photos. Also he has not sold or bought here before, so I would exercise some caution until more clear photos along with verification code are posted.

Gustavo, hundreds if not thousands are buying and selling phones here. All you are asked to do is post photos with verification code like all the other phones being sold here. Also you said your phone is new which means not used. If you never used or activated it, say that in the description.
