Phone has been in the Diztronic case since the day I bought it. Phone has been freshly wiped and installed with CM11. I also cleaned the case and screen of the phone. Comes with: Extended battery, spare standard battery, case, and original charger. I bought the extended battery from Sprint and comes with a Sprint battery cover. No cosmetic damage.

No there is not currently a screen protector on the phone because I just took it off to clean the screen before selling. I have used a screen protector since I bought it.
