MINT Nexus 5 with unopened accessories MINT GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR AND RINGKE FUSION CASE
Up for sale is a mint condition Nexus 5. This was a replacement device sent by Google and it is in mint condition. I've used it for 3 weeks in a Ringke Fusion case. The body is free from any scratches, dents, and or any dings. The screen has been covered with a xtremeguard glass screen protector since I've received it from Google and will ship with the protector installed.
The protector is peeling off the top right side as seen in the photos, but still covers the screen perfectly.
Battery holds good charge and works better than my previous Nexus 5.
Included with the sale, is the box, manuals, unopened accessories: charger, and usb cable and simcard eject tool and the Rinke Fusion case well.
Damage description
None. Replacement device from Google.

Hi Selcuk, your listing says this is a replacement and works better, curious what the issue was and if the replacement is free of the issue (or others that might require sending back again) that you have seen so far. I'm interested and would like to offer you $260. Let me know, thanks.
@JayG30, original issue was unrelated to this new device from Google. This phone works perfectly fine and I have used it for only 3 weeks with a glass protector and a case. The phone is in mint condition and I will stay firm at $290 for now. Thank you.
Thanks for the reply and your time. I can understand you stance, the phone looks mint. Your description sounds like the battery is performing better in this replacement device, which I know has seen mixed reviews. Could you comment on common drain you see while phone is idle or daily usage? I use a Nexus 4 and have had no problem lasting a day which is what I really need. Google's stance on warranty transfer is another issue I'm weighing on if I should buy this.
The battery life is average and depends highly on your usage. Screen and radio is obviously the highest drain in any phone. Weak signal and or high brightness will drain your battery quickly and this is apparent on any phone. Average use in about 12 hours I'd have about 3-3.5 hours of screen on time with moderate to good signal - mind you, this is on LTE. With WiFi you MAY get better results but all results vary and no one phone can get the same results. The battery is good in my opinion, and works as intended meaning there is little to minimal wear or charge cycles, if you will. As for warranty, I am not sure on what Google's stance is on warranty transfer. I doubt they do any transfers and I remember the Google rep telling I should be fine until March of 2015. If warranty is troubling you on purchasing a phone, I'd suggest you buy new. Honestly, you'll save yourself time and the peace of mind of having a full 12 month warranty and a brand new device.
I sent payment just now. :)
They are out of stock on the google play store, again. I've had my Nexus 4 since it launched without a single problem. I expect the battery will be as good as my N4. Google doesn't transfer warranty, I checked. I'm willing to take the risk. Considering how long Google Play takes to restock sometimes I can't really wait for it and their just aren't many alternatives IMO. The Moto X would be my other choice but didn't want to spend that much. Can't handle the phablets.
