It has been upgraded to Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) stock ROM. You can install custom ROMs such as CyanogenMod (see http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Crespo_Info)

Comes with a Krusell Leather Pouch.
Perfect working condition, no hardware issues.
The device has been reset to factory settings.

Damage description

Normal wear and tear. Was kept in the leather pouch when not in use. Slight scuffing on the back cover on the "top" and on the "heel."

$60 will not do. Based on completed and running auctions on other site, $80 seem a more reasonable figure for this exact model. Also, $80 is what I received for my other phone, even though this one is in a better shape and comes with a leather case. I am willing to lower it to $80 (but not further) if you are still interested.
