32 GB black Nexus 5 + 2 cases

Up for grabs is a fair to good condition 32 GB Google Nexus 5. This device is fully functional, but there are a few reasons why it is priced so low.

What's wrong with the phone? (All of these issues can be seen in the pictures.)
1. Everything smells like smoke/cigarettes. I do not smoke, but the guy I got the phone from did - a lot. The phone doesn't smell too bad anymore, but everything else still smells pretty bad.
2. There are numerous cracks in the body (NOT screen cracks) - one on top of the headphone jack, two next to the volume rocker, two next to the SIM tray.
3. The plastic "nexus" lettering on the back cover came off.
4. The top left of the back cover does not clip onto the body of the phone correctly. The back won't fall off or anything, but that part isn't hanging on.
5. There are quite a few light screen scratches. These cannot be seen when the display is on and can only be seen when the phone is held at a certain angle under certain lighting.
6. The phone has some wax (from an air freshener I used to try to make the phone smell better) in a few crevices.
7. There is a slight area right above the charging port on the back cover where there is some of the matte finish missing.
8. There is a similar situation on the back near the SIM card slot.
9. There is a slash on the right side of the phone that can be seen in the photos.
10. The back has very, very few light scratches.
11. The area next to the charging port has a few scratches.
11. There is a slight crease in the back cover on the left side in the middle.

This looks like a long list of problems, but trust me, the phone looks way better in person. Many of these problems can be fixed just by replacing the back cover, which is around $20-30 on eBay.

The phone is currently running CyanogenMod 12 nightlies, but I can revert to stock 5.1 Lollipop or flash any ROM/kernel you'd like. Just let me know when you purchase.
