You're looking at a really nice black (or an extremely dark navy blue) Galaxy S 5 in EXCELLENT condition meant for AT&T (read: not exynos version) but unlocked for T-Mobile, Simple Mobile, or other compatible GSM carriers. This is the 16 GB version. Please check before you buy to make sure this phone is compatible with your network's LTE/4G. This is a great site to check:

This listing includes the box, manuals, cords (still in plastic, barely used), never used headphones, battery, plastic that goes on the phone, 3 screen protectors (one used), a Spigen Ultra Fit Capsule (clear), an extra clear TPU case, and a brushed black aluminum back (unused but no water seal).

The phone has been in a case the whole time since I've had it. It has no scratches on the screen and is still under warranty until the end of July -- I think. It's hard to get a straight answer out of Samsung as I always get a different day every time I call but the expiry date is supposed to be July 26th. It could also already be out. I would give it a 9.9/10 condition and the screen a 10/10. There is some very minor less than hairline scratches on the home button that aren't visible unless looking closely under a lamp. No edge drop marks either or dents/dings in the bezel like most phones. See pictures for detail.
