An ASOP Rom on a galaxy device requires the bootloader to be unlocked which has not been achieved yet so I cannot. I will root but what you do after is up to you.

Will you ship it to my gfs house which isn't an "approved " paypal address ? I can't get electronics shipped to my APO address

However the name paypal is using for shipping is my name
