I am a phone and tablet dealer, so the surface was not my personal one. I cannot say exactly how long the battery will last, but I do guarantee the battery to have a regular battery life. I'm not sure if the warranty is still active, but I will see if I can find out and get back to you. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

It looks like the warranty expired on the 15th of January this year. I do not have any of the styluses and I doubt I can get one, but I will double check.
