I'm a little weary posting that kind of information publicly because of possible fraud issues. I did however enter in the MEID and ICCID and got the following message from the site which you linked: We're sorry, your device is not approved for this program because it falls under the non-supported devices policy.
I am not sure why the error came up but I can assure you that the phone is not active nor have I ever reported it as lost or stolen.
