No, sorry. The earbuds and smart case itself would cost more than 50$.
what about the warranty? will i get 1 yr from the time i activate?
It is has Apple technical repair coverage for few months if I remember correctly. They will fix everything free for you. But I can guaranty you that it will work flawlessly as long as the earth still rotates. I cannot provide that long warranty, but I am happy to accept return and refund within a week since you receive the ipad.
