Damage description
I bought this nexus 5 from another user on here he said there was a minor scratch at the bottom of the screen but i have never seen it. Also thereis dust in the speaker part of the device.

Does ROOTED mean the phone can't receive any Android updates? What's the condition of the battery (OK/Good/Excellent)? Do you have to charge the battery more than once a day? Thanks

I'm just selling it as is with the current stock if you want you can change it when you get it back to stock. When I bought the phone from someone on here they said there is a scratch on the bottom corner I have never noticed it though. Once I got it I put a screen protector on it it so no noticeable scratches .
How is the GPS in the unit? Has it ever failed you or that it seems to be a bit wonky at times. Things such as getting stuck and not finding your actual position.

I have not used the gps in it that much but when I did use it it didn't seem to have any problems.
Would you mind posting a picture/screen shot of the phone with the app "GPS Test" by Chartcross. Its a free app and I can see how accurate it is. I've owned several Nexus 5 and I would like to see how good it is. The bad ones tend to skew significantly.
