Hi, Can this phone be used on Sprint network (with a proper sim card?)

Matthew, I'm not 100% but I don't think it will. From what I know Sprint uses CDMA and this is a GSM phone.

What color back does it have? Are there any personalization at all?

Blue Bell, I work with a couple retailers. If you can wait a few days I can post a Brand New Sealed Woven Black Moto X for $290. These are brand new retail not refurbs. One year warranty begins when I receive the device from the retailer.

I guess I find it hard to believe any retailer would let go of non-refurb brand new phones at that price. Do your sales include retail invoice/bill for the warranty btw?

I'm told the warranty is not tired to an individual but to the imei and that Motorola is notified when the device leaves the retailer thus beginning the warranty period.

That's again strange because warranty period usually begins from the date of the bill of sale. Anyway, let me know once you have the black one listed, and also if you decide to drop the price on this.

That is when the warranty begins...when it leaves the retailer. If you suspicious then don't buy. I'm making very little after swaps and PayPal fees. There is a new sealed black one already on swappa. I dropped my price to match that.

Sasha, I will be keeping it at $285 for the moment. There is no other listing like this in brand new sealed retail package with 1 year motorola warranty. I sold one just like this for $285 last week. If you pay with Dwolla, I will refund you $5 of the purchase price since Dwolla fees are lower than PayPal.
