The iCloud lock has been removed and it has a clean ESN & IMEI, ready for activation!

USB cable, charger, and original box included as well as a running armband by iHome.

Normal cosmetic damage only. Has a new battery installed. Sleep/wake button has been replaced by Apple.

"Factory unlock" means that it has been officially unlocked by the carrier, which in this case is AT&T. It means that it's a legitimate unlock that isn't software-based (like they all used to be).

Sorry Gisele, I'd prefer to keep it at the listed price. Daanish, I've uploaded a pic. And Mingwei the battery was swapped out manually by myself, the power button has been replaced by Apple to be in working order, and there have been no issues with the home button.
