This S4 is in FAIR Used condition. It works perfectly and the screen shows a few light signs of use. The back of the phone shows normal wear from everyday use. The edges of the phone have some marks and a bit of paint chipping (see pics). It is ready to be activated with AT&T.

What Firmware is on the phone? I am looking for 4.3 Android either MDB or MDL
Is that just dust on the screen in those picture or are those actual scratches and nicks?
