adult owned from day one (bought new off contract ,one owner). this phone is on baseband MJ9. fully rooted AND unlocked bootloader. yes, it is completely unlocked. flash ROMS/ kernel at will. currently running Trents rom build 8. all hardware works great. no screen burn,scratches on screen, dents or dings. will ship with one black slim cover, the original box,AC adapter and cord. always had screen cover on. rated good only for very,very light scratches from case/cover around edges . so minor its hard to get them to show in photos. otherwise, mint. i also have the same in white listed.
