Is the device rooted or anything? No marks or scratches anywhere on the phone? Screen, camera, back of the phone?

Nope, not rooted or modified in any way. No scratches or marks, nicks, dings, etc. Phone has lived in a case since day 1.

Yes, it is T-Mobile compatible. I don't know what bands, but the phone comes unlocked from VZW.
