Great condition Nexus 4
Nexus 4 is in great condition. There is one tiny scratch on the bottom left. Google has confirmed that Nexus 4 will receive the upgrade for Android Lollipop 5.0, so this phone will be great. Will include USB cable and original box. I will also throw in a Ringke Slim see-through case. Good condition.

I'd like to buy the phone but the condition set (PayPal Confirmed Address) limits me, paying with international visa card and shipping to a US address in NY.
If there's an option for you to lift it off, I'd be happy to finalize the payment asap.
