Any reason why you can't get the unlock code if you are the original owner? Should be as easy as calling them and asking them for it.....

I am able, I just have chosen not to because I've been ultra busy raising a 17 month old child on my own. Free time isn't easy to come by.

Well Congrats on that...My girl and I just had our first baby 2 weeks ago so I know what you mean about free time! Anyways..I am looking to use this on AT&T but I need a Tmobile one because I would like to root it to remove the bloatware. If you could possibly get it unlocked I would be very interested in making a deal. How long have you had it?

My husband just bought a mint Note 3 earlier this week for $250...I like it and would like to get one for myself. Are you willing to come down? My best offer is $275. I realize you have set your price because you are including lots of extras, but I wouldn't necessarily be interested in the case or extra stylus so I'm not willing to pay extra for those things. And I also saw that you had this device unlocked...I am on the Tmobile network. Will the phone being unlocked interfere with my use at all?

@Karen W. Sorry that you wouldn't make use of the extras. No interference, being unlocked just means you can put another GSM Sim from a different network provider into the unit, like at&t.

Would you be willing to sell at $275? The history shows a mint condition just sold for $270, and another for $250. My husband also got his for $250, with extras similar to yours. I'm not trying to low ball you, but it does seem that the price is trending down and I don't want to over pay. However, I understand if you can't sell at that price.
