This is my beloved iPhone 5 (with an excellent case) which I'm abandoning for a newer version. I am the original owner, and the phone was kept in a case from the moment I first received it. This phone functions perfectly and the front glass is in perfect condition. Overall, the phone is in excellent condition with some minor marks on the back from the case.

Greg, sorry for the accidental comment, please ensure you are providing the ESN / IMEI / MEID of the device, and not from a box that belonged to a previous device. An ESN check with Apple reports "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced."
