HTC One M8 Gunmetal Grey Pristine

I am selling my Mint Condition HTC One M8 (Gunmetal Grey) for use on Verizon's LTE Network. The phone is pristine with absolutely no scratches or dents anywhere. I have had a tempered glass screen protector on it since day 1, as well as a 'Skinomi' Tech Skin to protect the back of the phone from scratches. The phone comes in the original box with all factory cables, USB cords, etc, as well as manuals. I also have a black Ringke Slim case that was never used a single time. This phone has 32 GB of memory and absolutely flies!

Does this phone have the known M8 volume rocker problem (see link below)?

Also, does it have any scratches at all on the screen or 2 camera lenses?

Okay, here's what I found. The volume rocker is pretty firm, nothing remotely close to like the person's in that video. I would consider it normal. The screen is perfect, as I had a tempered glass protector installed the day it came home (it's still there). Both camera lenses seem pretty darn clear to me. I see no noticeable scratches. I will try to upload a pic into the gallery here for reference. Let me know if you have more questions!
