Mint 32 GB Moto X (Unlocked - 1053) with case/screen protector

What you're getting here is as I received the device when I bought it new in February of this year.

The phone itself is in perfect condition, having put a shock absorbing screen protector and case on it the moment I received it. It is the 32 GB model, the bootloader has never been unlocked and it has also never been rooted. In addition to the phone you'll receive the screen protector (which is already on there) and a case, plus the charger for the device itself.

The screen protector and case have taken some abuse, but rest assured the phone itself is in perfect condition. No issues, blemishes, etc. whatsoever. You're getting a device that looks as if it just came out of the box.

The phone itself has an inscription/engraving on the bank. bangishotyou. It means something to me, nothing to the rest of you. Just pointing that out for the sake of fairness and letting you know it's there.

Shipping will be done via FedEx Express Saver, which guarantees delivery in three days (with businesses getting it by 4 PM and residences getting it by 7 PM).

I am selling this locally as well and I reserve the right to end this sale if I sell it myself to someone here. Just FYI.

Will you accept $210?

Oct 21, 2014 - 09:56 PM

Hey George, I can buy it right now for $220. Let me know. Thanks!

Evelyn W. $210 won't cut it, besides someone else is selling a Moto X for $210. Match made in heaven considering your offer, recommend you go buy it before someone else does.

Blue Bell, $220? Sure, why not. Lowering the price. Buy it before the end of the day and it's yours, otherwise I'll raise it up again tomorrow.

If BlueBell doesn't buy in a timely manner, I'll take it for $220.

JJHunter, well, there's no official dibs on here. Whoever comes up with the cash first is welcome to it. So if you want it you know what to do.

Just a heads up, if anyone buys it today I won't be able to ship it out til tomorrow afternoon. I do, however, live literally down the street from the main local FedEx facility, so it'll be outbound Thursday night and at best show up Saturday afternoon or at worst sometime Monday at your or whoever's doorstep.

Ok.

George, How much mfr warranty is left (if any) and can proof of purchase be provided? Thanks!

Kenneth C. I want to say a little over 3 months of warranty remains. For some reason I thought I bought this in February, but my receipt (sent to my email) shows January 28th as the purchase date. I'd call that proof of purchase, which should roughly give you an idea of when the warranty expires.

Uploading the picture here momentarily.

Also, fair warning to all, I've got two people offline who also want to buy this. I'm giving equal opportunity to all here, first one to come up with the cash (online or offline) gets it. So if you want it try and decide as soon as possible.
