The phone is locked. I believe all Verizon phones are.

What iOS does it have? Is iCloud locked? How lucky long have you owned phone. Thx

Can't say for sure how long have owned phone -- guessing 3 years. iCloud is not locked, though will be turned off. Phone has IOS 8.0, but I am in process of installing free 8.1.3 upgrade as this message is being drafted. Hope this helps.
