From what I understand, Tmobile has stringent policies on unlocking their postpaid phones. That being said, could you provide an original sales receipt from Tmobile? I would be interested in picking this up in person as I also reside in Nassau.

i did not purchase the device from T-Mobile. it was purchased from a swappa member a few months ago. I own a cell phone store in Mineola and unlocked it thru my unlock server.
