Sorry for the delayed response, but I actually did some research and determined that my iPhone 5 was part of a recall from Apple due to issues with the sleep/wake button. As such, I sent it to Apple to get that corrected, and as a part of that process, they replaced the Battery and the Camera as well, so it has a brand new Battery!

To respond to Ray, Dave and Mahender, I will post more pictures of the phone shortly.
