Also, is it verified for use with At&T?

The phone is UNLOCKABLE IMMEDIATELY because I received it at a Samsung Promotional event out of contract. I called Samsung and At&t to verify this and they said the phone has not been activated; as a result, when the phone gets activated (meaning a At&t SIM chip is installed with a phone number) they will release the unlock code immediately.

Change the price and im ready. Also I do not intend on using the at&t chip so once payment is made can u activate the fone and unlock as well?

My price is $469 (lowest on Swappa). I do not want to activate the phone on my end. The phone is Brand New. Once an active At&t chip is in the phone At&t can release the code; however, a request must be submitted and can take a few days (At&t said around 2 days or less).

Will this phone work with Verizon?

I believe the Verizon version is built differently than the At&t version (you can double check on that). The phone is currently locked to At&t; however, since the phone was received OUT OF CONTRACT at a Samsung promotional event At&t will unlock the phone immediately. But first, an active At&t SIM chip must me installed in the phone so that At&t can recognize the device on their end. Once the phone is activated on At&t (NO CONTRACT needed just an active At&t SIM chip) they can release the unlock code.

An active At&t line (sim chip) is needed to unlock the phone; thus, I am selling the phone At&t locked.

Hi!

I want to used this phone with straight talk. They do have a SIM that's compatible with at&t phones, but that does not mean that it is being used with at&t itself, if that makes sense. Basically, if the only way to unlock it is to first activate it with the at&t carrier, then it won't work.
