Why do you say the external speaker needs to be replaced at some point? Do one or both speakers buzz or are they non-functional? Thanks!

I am a huge speaker phone person, and when you switch it to speaker phone, sometimes it works, but most of the time it will cut out. I took it to Apple and they said that is the only thing they can think of, since we factory reset it twice, while in store. If you replace the external speaker it will cost $50 at the Apple store, they said. That is why I lowered the price. Otherwise the bluetooth function or the head phone jack work perfectly. If you don't use the speaker phone (external speaker) then you have no worries. Hope that clarifies it for you :).
