It is a Verizon phone with unlocked bootloader. I do believe they are global phones though and can work in other carriers.

Battery life is quite good, and even better with custom ROM/Kernels of course.

Most of them are listed as "Good" condition. This one is pristine and comes with box and all accessories etc. It also has a Ghost Armor screen protector which is $25 and is probably the best protector on the market. A lot of DNA's also have bad backlight bleeding from the bottom of the screen, this one does not.

Then does unlocking mean you can get rid of sense and run on pure android?

Yes you can run pure AOSP ROMs, not just Sense ROMs. I have not seen any big bugs or issues with Sense though.
