Apple iPhone 5 - LIKE NEW - CLEAN ESN - 16GB - Black & Slate (Sprint) Smartphone

Got this iPhone 5 on September 5th, 2014. Long story short, My area has spotty Sprint coverage and I thought I could deal with it. After a few weeks I realized I couldn't so I decided to switch to Verizon which is stronger in my area. I switched on September 26th, 2014.

I just missed the return window with Sprint and had to take the hit on the cancellation. Aaaargh!!
For my area, even with the penalty, Verizon makes more sense because I get to actually USE my phone now.

So what does this all mean?

The iPhone 5 I am selling is virtually brand new. No scratches, dents, nicks, or anything. Basically flawless as far as I can see with my eyes.

It's my old phone so it has a clean ESN. You won't have any issues activating it.

Charger is included.

No headphones as I used them already. I doubt anyone wants used headphones anyway.

Hi , Is this phone unlocked ? Assume it's not prepaid since you mentioned it was under contract.

No this phone is not unlocked. I believe Sprint is CDMA so their phones can't be unlocked? I was under the impression only GSM phones could be unlocked. That said, I could be wrong though.

I'm not sure what prepaid is but I don't think it is.

Yes this phone was under a 2-year contract.

The nice thing is that because the phone is only 3 weeks old, the battery is basically brand new so it'll be some time before it starts to deteriorate.
