Adreiel, the reason phones are being sold at such a high price with flappy birds is likely due to companies trying to obtain the app to copy the code and republish it, not because someone thinks its the best game ever. A company tried to buy the phone and nobody knew so they started also selling their phones that high, and for some reason, people bought them. What I am saying is, you are charging WAY too much for this phone, especially considering how easy CM installer is to use, which is better than the stock GPE rom. This should be priced at $450 tops., and that's pushing it. Swappa staff, can I get a what what?!

Ironman, rooting doesn't affect your gsm frequency, it affects your ability to access the Android system files, or anything else that might be normally inaccessible. The only thing thats going to affects your gsm frequency is what radio you have loaded on the phone. I would say check the AT&T posting on this phone to see if your frequency is supported. Hope this helps, I know it can be confusing.
