It is a factory refurbished item, not sure about the when.
I'm sorry, I meant where was it refurbished from? Google? I only ask bc the build # and date are very old.
I believe it was refurbished by google/lg (which ever it goes to). I bought the device refurbished and it has been working well for me.

I've used it on and off the past month to make sure it actually works.
