No it does not, just the phone will be sent.

is this gsm unlocked for international use, if its is not then you can call up sprint and get it unlocked for gsm use outside usa since all iphone 4s are world be it verizon or sprint version, if you call and get it unlocked then i can buy it right away for 140$

There is nothing needed to be done to "unlock" use outside USA, the 4S will work internationally. All you need to do is call Verizon and have them put you on an international plan. To unlock a phone means to be able to use it on another carrier such as AT&T, T-Mobile and so forth. It has nothing to do with using the phone internationally, so there is nothing I can do. Also, 140 is too low for me to sell this phone. I can come down a bit, but be reasonable.

that only if you can call verizon on behalf of me and get it unlocked for intl use then i'll buy it straight away and 140$ is fine , there have been lots of iphones which got ssold for 130-150$ here on swappa in front of my eyes, and some of them were even intl unlocked for gsm outside usa

This phone is on Verizon CDMA network, if you want to unlock it for GSM use then you will have to call Verizon yourself with a Verizon account and get it unlocked. I do not have Verizon, so I cannot call them and request this phone be unlocked. There is no legal way for me to unlock this phone without having Verizon wireless cell phone service. And again, 140 is too low. If that is your final offer, then I'm sorry we couldn't come to an agreement.
