White - Sprint S5 16GB Smartphone - Clean ESN MEID - Not Attached to An Account - Fast Shipping -
This listing is for a White Samsung Galaxy S5 for Sprint. The MEID is Clean and it's not attached or associated with an account ( I know because I activated and removed from my own account). The phone is in very good condition. Screen is mint. The bezel is in excellent condition (may show light marks upon very close inspection). The back is in very good condition but there is a nick on bottom corner (see pictures). Only major thing is the charging port cover is missing. Included is the phone, usb cable (cable isn't in great condition but works perfectly), and ac adapter. Two Piece otter box is included. There is a crack in the plastic at the bottom of the otter box (see pictures).

Should worked with the 14 digit value. That is whats required to activate a sprint phone. I do believe there is a problem on your end though. I updated including the 15th digit but I doubt that's going to help.
