Sharad: After some research, it looks like Google/LG doesn't allow the warranty to transfer, but the device is covered by me if for some reason it is DOA.

Razgriz - that's what you have the price set as so if someone buys it now you will be required to give them the Nexus 5 and wireless charger as that is what you have listed. So I would change the price higher if I were you.
