Mint condition Galaxy Gear (Black)

I'm selling my mint condition original Galaxy Gear black. I used it on and off for about 6 months to test the usefulness of owning a smartwatch. I found it useful enough to replace it with a Moto 360, which does much of the same in a more visually pleasing package.

The watch is truly in excellent condition. Works flawlessly, no signs of use, no scratches, dings, defects, nothing.

The watch has never been rooted or received any custom ROMs. The watch has been upgraded to stock Tizen, but it is possible to downgrade back to Android using instructions on the XDA forum if that is of interest to you. Personally I was very satisfied with the Tizen upgrade, the operation of the watch is smoother and the biggest benefit is the improved battery life. I can usually get 2-3 days of battery life pretty easy after the Tizen upgrade. That is about the only thing I miss from this watch after replacing it with a Moto 360. The app selection was lackluster at first but seems to be improving slowly. Plenty to keep you entertained.

This watch has many of the same features as the current crop of Android Wear watches, but with a few interesting additions. Most notably - a camera and a speaker that can be used to listen to music or even make voice calls. It's like living in the future!

The watch is advertised to work best with Samsung phones, but plenty of people are successfully using them with other devices in the XDA forums. Personally I used it with a Note 3, and it works perfectly as expected.
