Does this phone have the known M8 volume rocker problem (see link below)?

Also, does it have any scratches at all on the screen or 2 camera lenses?

It does not have the volume rocker problem. None on the camera lenses and some light barley visible scratches 1 small noticeable scratch to the right of the "htc" logo is on the bottom on black part of screen

Those two are great pictures. Please add all 4 sides and the entire front and back to cover all surfaces of the phone. I suggest you delete the old fuzzy ones.
