Not trying to be rude, but what do I get buying this from you if I can get one brand new from the store for $10 more? The "factory sealed" sticker also looks like it's been tampered with...

The seal looks funny I agree but never opened, it does not make any deference the phone inside is brand new untouched clean IMEI, you can buy it new at TMO $600 plus tax, you save about $60 here on Swappa.

The phone is brand new, the seal was never broken it is still in one piece as you can see in the picture, the phone is never activated and has a clean ESN/IMEI.

Do you know what the "full factory warranty" is on this phone? I see that in the description. Would that date start when you purchased it? If so, when was that?

You opened it it should automatically come with SIM card inside.. So I'm assuming you took the SIM card out, then carefully put the factory seal sticker back on the box... This phone is not NEW.. It's mint or good, not new.. Again I'll offer you $510..

@Richard W. The warranty is one year from the day you activate the phone and register it on www.samsung.com/us/support/register/product.
@Realmatic4life. Your assumptions are all wrong again the phone is brand new, the sim is in the box and the price is firm, I sold over 12 of these on eBay for $625 and have 100% feedback.
