16gb in near perfect condition! Slight nick in body, no screen damage! Original box from play store

Hey guys! Slight body nicks in side, but otherwise a perfect specimen. No cracks, no issues with the glass what so ever. No scratches except maybe some slight wear and tear but nothing I've noticed. I have it back to stock but the bootloader is unlocked for flashing ease. Not much to say, the phone is functionally perfect and cosmetically terrific, I'm just sick of AT&T in my area. No more nexus for me... :( Help me out of my contract! :P thanks!

Damage description

Two slight nicks in bottom left side of phone. They're to the body plastic, not the glass. Had a tumble onto a table been in a case since then.

Yes I would.I really don't know when I'll get the case back but I'll send it asap. I'm not sure if I'll be able to ship the phone this weekend because I don't have a backup or a new one yet so it might not go out till Monday. Is that OK?

It is not sold. I just can't ship it till probably Monday unless I can get a hold of an extra phone before then. I also won't have the case immediately either but can ship later. $320 with the case
