No, there are no flaws or scratches on the phone. The screen and glass back have both had plastic protectors on then as long as I've had the phone as well as having the bumper to protect the sides

Yeah, it's stock android, no T-Mobile apps or anything like that because I bought it directly from the play store. It just has the preinstalled Google apps, but you can disable most of them.
