Nexus 5 16gb from T-mobile it comes with a Spigen Slim Armor case, original box with all manuals and charger/micro USB cord. I had to go back to Verizon for coverage reasons.
The phone is in very good condition and has the Lollipop version of Cyanogenmod installed.
I just found the box for the Spigen case and it had the screen protectors I brought in it.
