This Nexus 4 is in great condition with stock OS upgraded to Android Lollipop 5.0.1. The phone has been in a case since day 1. I'm always very mindful with charging my battery so no worries on the battery being heavily abused. It still hold up charge pretty well. The phone comes with the original box, manual, and accessories.
