I bought this one new and it includes everything like when I purchased it, also includes a Diztronic TPU case and 16gb micro sd card. Dark gray with Kevlar back. I take great care of all of my phones and electronics. Phone is in great condition and functions flawlessly. One small scratch in center of screen(not real noticeable when the screen is on, light surface scratches, bezel has worn places where rubbed by case.
