It is my understanding that this phone is in "Mint" condition... it has been previously activated. Is that the case?
Yes, and I only swapped SIM cards with my current phone to make sure it worked well on network. Less than a week old.
Nope. $485 is already low as it is. I would go the least at $460. I would be losing too much if I gave it away that cheap, sorry.
I would take $460 since I need the money. I noticed you posted your HTC One M7 for $460.. I don't see why you would ask to buy an M8 for less.
It says you sold a 64 gb HTC one unlocked.. but I won't go lower than $460. That's like practically giving it away. It will stay at that price.
Cheezzze - It was sold about a year ago since m8 haven't come out at the time.
